The start and finish point for all of our tours is at the big Ferris Wheel known as the Wheel of Brisbane in Southbank Parklands.

What does the cost include?
The cost of the tours include a great fun filled few hours on a fully guided tour of Brisbane City and surrounding areas. A bicycle and helmet is provided as is a healthy snack and water during a rest stop.In addition, you have the opportunity to meet new people, ask a local Brisbane guide any questions about the city including advice on dining, drinking, entertainment, sightseeing and cultural options in and around Brisbane.
Do I need to be an experienced cyclist?
Some cycling experience and a moderate level of fitness is required. We ride at a leisurely pace ensuring that the group remains together which also gives you plenty of opportunity to take in the sights.We stop regularly for photo opportunities and at numerous sights and locations where you have an to opportunity rest if required. On our morning tour. we also stop for a morning tea break (food and drink provided).
Do I need to book?
Yes. Tours must be booked in advance. You can book into a tour right now! The online booking system closes the night before each tour.
What should I wear/bring?
Please wear comfortable clothing and enclosed shoes. Many photo opportunities are available throughout the tour so don’t forget your camera!Whilst water and a snack are provide on the tour, we also suggest you bring a small amount of money for any additional purchases.
It is raining. Is my tour still on?
Brisbane By Bicycle tours are an all-weather event. No refunds will be provided if it is raining but the tour is deemed safe to operate by Brisbane By Bicycle. We will endeavor to reschedule you if you wish but same day cancellations are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your tour entirely, see our cancellation policy below.
Cancellation Policy
If a tour is cancelled by Brisbane By Bicycle (e.g. for safety concerns such as heavy rain, thunderstorms, excessive heat), your tour can be rescheduled, or alternatively a full refund offered. We will contact you to reschedule.
Cancellation by you
At Brisbane By Bicycle we are flexible and happy to have you on another tour at a time that suits you. Please contact us in order to discuss your options. We don’t want anyone missing out on the tour so will do our very best to accommodate you. If you need to cancel your tour entirely, the following policies apply.
Same day cancellation: You may choose to reschedule the day of your tour (depending on availability). Unfortunately no refunds can be offered for same-day cancellations or no-shows if we cannot re-schedule due to lack of availability.
48 hours prior cancellation: You may choose to reschedule the day of your tour (depending on availability) or request a refund with a 50% cancellation fee.
72 hours notice of cancellation: You may choose to reschedule the day of your tour (depending on availability ) or request a refund with a 20% cancellation fee.

We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your tour is scheduled to depart. This gives everyone a chance to meet and get their bike fitted. A waiver form also needs to be signed by all participants before they can commence the tour.
